How does Immersion work?

There are two ways.

  1. I immerse myself in your company through research. I examine your business, your competitors and your current materials before beginning.
  2. Is what I call the "Immersion Experience." In this case, I literally immerse myself in your business environment to learn everything I can: from the way your secretary answers the phone, to the way you wear your clothes, to the music you listen to at work. I do this to get an idea of your character, your humour, and the style you've used to make your business a successful one. All the while, I bring my expertise to the table. I observe, I write, and I plan out a communications strategy that is reliable, affordable, and effective*.

A professional background

I have worked as a copywriter with major advertising agencies: Ogilvy & Mather and Publicis in Hong Kong, producing award-winning campaigns for blue-chip clients. Before that, I worked at an agency that specialized in sustainability and LOHAS advertising. Before that, I was making ads in Australia with a crew of entrepreneurial Norwegians. I have a Masters degree, a background in psychology, and I have written novels, screenplays and children's books. Travelling is my passion and culture my greatest curiosity. I have been to over 30 countries, and lived in eight.
