The Problem

There are hundreds of real estate agents in Vancouver. How do we make Anthea Poon stand out from the clutter?

The Solution

Anthea has a unique name. It is elegant, classy, and memorable. We decided to really push the word Anthea, in transit, online and through direct mail. We even spoofed the Poetry in Transit ads on the buses… to the surprise of the poets! You know you've made it into the collective consciousness when people pay homage, albeit in jest.

The Results

The phone started ringing. Anthea got compliments on her campaign from clients and the competition alike. We got her onto the first page for 'West End Vancouver Real Estate' and she suddenly jumped from 'just another Vancouver real estate agent' to 'I'm kind-of a big deal.'

"I got a random call yesterday from someone who just "wanted to congratulate us on an amazing campaign." I also got a call tonight from someone who wants to buy a condo. I'll be meeting with him next Sat so keep you posted:) So all in all, stellar feedback on the campaign from my colleagues, randoms and potential clients. Thank you!"
